No bake oat cups

Packed with healthy fiber and fats, these two-bite wonders have everything you need to crush your strongest craving! (makes 112 bites)

  • 2 pouches Banana Bread Ohhts!
  • 1 C rolled oats
  • 1/4c agave (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4c walnuts + 1/4c tor topping
  • 1/2c dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tsp oil

 

Pulse Ohhts!, walnuts and agave in food processor until you reach a sticky consistency all the way through. Then spoon into a mini muffin pan and press down firmly. Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Stir in 1tsp oil to get that good drizzle (and extra healthy fats!). Smooth onto tops and garnish with more chopped walnuts. Refrigerate and enjoy!
