Blueberry Streusel Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Blueberry Streusel Ohhts!
  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp agave (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp water

Lemon Streusel

  • 1/4c powdered sugar (For a healthier version, substitute with powdered monk fruit)
  • 1 TBSP Heavy cream (milk will do but will produce a thinner consistency)
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract

These irresistible no-bake blueberry Streusel balls are packed with plant protein! Enjoy them on the go or as a nutritious dessert with our dreamy lemon streusel drizzle! (makes 3 balls)

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over protein balls and place in fridge to set.
