Banana Bread Pancakes


Fluffy, filled with protein and fiber, and so easy to make! 

You'll want these in your breakfast rotation every week!


1 pouch Banana Bread Ohhts!

1/2c protein pancake mix

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 large egg

1c milk (I used almond milk)


Blend Ohhts! in food processor until they resemble flour. Not only does this give you an amazing flavor boost, but you’ll be getting loads of fiber from the added oats and healthy fats from the chia seeds and flax.


Mix all ingredients and slowly add milk until you reach your desired consistency, making sure the batter isn’t too thin. Let sit for 5 minutes while you preheat pan. Butter lightly (or use spray) and cook 2 minutes per side on medium heat.


Don’t forget to sprinkle the chocolate chips on the batter! 😉

Bites


These energy balls are addictive and go wherever you do. Make extra. these babies go quickly!



Recipe makes approx. 6 - 8 bites


1 pouch Coconut Custard Ohhts!

2 graham crackers

1/4 c mini marshmallows

1/4 c dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp agave

2 tbsp water


Add it all into the food processor. Pulse until smooth.


Refrigerate 30 minutes. Roll into balls and enjoy!

Carrot Cake Baked Ohhts!


Satisfy your sweet tooth with these easy to make and simply irresistible baked oats.


1 pouch Angel Food Cake Ohhts!

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

1/2 Tsp baking powder

1 large egg

1 TBSP maple syrup

1/2C milk of choice (I used almond milk)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in food processor at high speed. Once blended, fold in


1/4 grated carrot

1/4C raisins

Ohhts! Waffle Sticks


These waffle sticks are perfect especially when you've gotta dip!  Don't forget to drizzle with your favorite topping!



1 pouch Banana Bread Ohhts!

2 tbsp pancake mix

1/2 tsp baking powder


Pulse to fine powder in food processor. Then add:


 1 egg

 1/2C milk of choice (I used almond milk)

 1 tsp vegetable oil


Mix at high speed. Preheat your @ByDash waffle iron. Once hot, spray waffle iron with non-stick spray. Cook until golden and enjoy.

Matcha PB&J Baked Ohhts!


The earthiness of matcha paired with sweet peanut butter and tart raspberries tastes absolutely heavenly.



1 pouch Angel Food Cake Ohhts!

2 tbsp Lakanto matcha powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 c almond milk

1 egg


Blend and pour into a greased ramekin. Top with 1 tbsp peanut butter and fresh raspberries.


Bake at 350° for 20 minutes (until firm). Enjoy! spray. Cook until golden and enjoy.

How do I make Ohhts?

Ohhts! are ridiculously easy to make! To start, simply expand the bottom of the pouch and tear off the "lid". Next, add your favorite milk to the convenient fill line on the back of the pouch. Then just seal, give it a good shake and refrigerate! We suggest letting them sit overnight, but if a craving hits, a minimum of 4 hours is recommended!

Are Ohhts! just for breakfast?

No! Ohhts! are so easy to make and take along that you can enjoy them for breakfast but lots of our customers say that they enjoy them as a snack, post-workout meal and even dessert!

Can I make Ohhts! in my own jar?

Of course! Simply pour the contents of the pouch into your own jar. We recommend 3/4C of your favorite milk for the perfect creamy texture.

Can I eat Ohhts! warm?

Yes! If you want to take the chill out of your Ohhts! before eating, simply pour the Ohhts! into a microwave-safe container and warm for 20 seconds (depending on your microwave strength).

Are Ohhts! really Gluten-free?

Yes! We sourced the best certified gluten-free rolled oats we could find when making Ohhts! All of our ingredients are routinely tested for traces of gluten to ensure we remain 100% Gluten-free.
