Cinnamon Bun Donut Holes

Run, don't walk to make these Ohhtrageous donut holes! They're packed with protein and oh so easy to make your own! Whip up a dozen today and say goodbye to store-bought!

  • 2 pouches of Coffee Cake Ohhts!
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2C Milk of choice (We used Oat)
  • 1/4C Greek Yogurt
  • 1 TBSP olive oil

Add dry ingredients to a blender and blend until fine. Add to wet ingredients and stir well to create a dough. Set Air Fryer to 350-degrees and using a melon baller or hands, form balls and allow to bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool before glazing. FOR GLAZE: put 1/4C powdered sugar in a bowl and add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of heavy cream (or water) at t time until smooth. Drizzle and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Blueberry Streusel Protein Balls

These irresistible no-bake treats are packed with plant protein! Enjoy them on the go or as a nutritious dessert with our dreamy lemon streusel drizzle! (makes 3 balls)

  • 1 pouch Blueberry Streusel Ohhts!
  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp agave (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp water

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Use your hands or melon baller to form 3 balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Lemon Streusel

  • 1/4c powdered sugar (For a healthier version, substitute with powdered monk fruit)
  • 1 TBSP Heavy cream (milk will do but will produce a thinner consistency)
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over protein balls and place in fridge to set.

Fluffy protein pancakes

These pancakes are super fluffy and make the perfect brunch treat when you're looking for a healthier spin on traditional pancakes. (makes 10-12 pancakes)

  • 2 pouches of Ohhts!
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 C milk of choice
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Add dry ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add wet ingredients and stir well. Allow to sit and thicken for 10-15 minutes. Heat pan on medium heat. Lightly grease or spray pan with non stick cooking spray. Drop pancakes onto griddle. Flip after 2 minutes (or when bubbles appear) and at least 1 minute on other side. Plate and enjoy.

NO BAKE Oat Cups

Packed with healthy fiber and fats, these two-bite wonders have everything you need to crush your strongest craving!

  • 3 pouches Banana Bread Ohhts!
  • 1/4c agave (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4c walnuts + 1/4c tor topping
  • 1/2c dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tsp oil

Pulse Ohhts!, walnuts and agave in food processor until you reach a sticky consistency all the way through. Then spoon into a mini muffin pan and press down firmly. Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Stir in 1tsp oil to get that good drizzle (and extra healthy fats!). Smooth onto tops and garnish with more chopped walnuts. Refrigerate and enjoy!

ALMOND JOYFUL PROTEIN BALLS

Looking for something that travels well? Try these insanely delicious energy bites! (makes 3 bites)

  • 1 pouch Coconut Custard Ohhts!
  • 2 TBSP Almond butter of choice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 TBSP dark chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP chopped almonds (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Use your hands to form 3 balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookie

Hungry for a healthy snack or grab and go breakfast? This single serve cookie is the perfect fix.

  • 1 pouch Strawberry Shortcake
  • 1/2 mashed banana (or 2 tbsp apple sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp olive (or other vegetable) oil
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips + more for top

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and let sit in bowl for 10 minutes before shaping into a cookie. Bake on cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Oatmeal Carrot Cakes

Looking for a little spin on a classic carrot cake? Try these blended oats on for size!

  • 1 pouch Angel Food Cake Ohhts!
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts of choice, optional

Frosting:

  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese

Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees. Blend Ohhts, milk, egg and baking powder till smooth. Fold in carrots and nuts. Pour into a greased ramekin and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Blend the frosting ingredients in a small bowl till smooth and drizzle over the baked oats.
